CoreTCG.com strives to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders will be shipped in standard shipping times which are 2 - 3 business days (Excluding weekends/holidays). However, standard shipping times are not guarantees or promises that a product will ship on a specific day.

All orders are shipped with the United States Postal Service (USPS).

If you choose Regular First Class Delivery, your package may take up to 10 business days to arrive (excluding weekends/holidays). Tracking number included for all orders above $20.
If you choose Priority Mail Delivery, your package may take up to 6 business days to arrive. Tracking number included.
If you choose Express Mail Delivery, your package may take up to 2 business days to arrive. Tracking number included.
If you choose International Delivery, your package may take up to 14 business days to arrive (excluding delays made by international customs). Tracking number included.
If you need your order sooner than the delivery estimates above, or if you have any emergency cancellations or changes, please call us TOLL FREE 626-577-6699 so we could personally assist you with your order.
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by CoreTCG.com within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in the same stated condition as ordered. The original shipping fee will not be included if a full refund is requested. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Returns can be shipped to the following address:

Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

All Pre-orders will be shipped on the release date of the product or the following day. Orders will be scheduled on a first paid, first ship basis. Please note that the release dates of products are subject to change by the manufacturers of the product(s). We recommend to place pre-order items separately from items that are in-stock. Any orders with both Pre-Order and In-Stock items will be shipped SEPERATELY unless the order is placed within 1 week of the release of the pre-ordered item(s). Within that week, your order will be put on hold until the scheduled release of the pre-ordered item(s).
Website / Store Policies
Please feel free to visit us at our physical store located in Pasadena, CA. Our store and website are different departments, and therefore has a different set of rules. First, prices on the website and in the store may vary. We value ourselves for having the best prices around, so any differences in price may only be rounded up to the next dollar depending on product. Second, online buy prices also vary from the website and the store. This is due to the extra labor needed to include all direct items into inventory. Lastly, Online Store Credit and Direct Store Credit can ONLY be used in their respective location. Online Store Credit can be used to purchase any item on our website. Store Credit can be entered during Step 4 of your checkout. Store Credit is ONLY available through your online account, and cannot be used in any other manner, and is non-transferable.

Due to difficulties with international payment, we are no longer accepting International Credit Cards. International payments will only be accepted if submitted through www.PayPal.com. Please make sure that the shipping address used for your order matches that of your PayPal address. Shipments will only be shipped to PayPal address.

What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners. You agree to be added to our mailing list for future promotions and deals. When you order through our website, you are opting in to receive newsletters about promotions, coupons, and important company announcements. All emails are sent through ConstantContact and you may opt out if you wish to no longer receive newsletters from us or our MTG partners.
