How to find an item? 

CoreTCG.com was put together to help you find what you need as fast a possible. Our items are located under the “Categories” section, and are separated by their respected group.  From there, each item is placed within their proper set, and is filed alphabetically. If the category of the item unknown, a “Search” feature is located above the shopping cart. Simply type in the name of the item, and the CoreTCG.com database will be search for any matching item. 

How can I order an item?

Once you find an item you are interested in purchasing, simply click the “Add to Cart” icon next to the price and the item will be placed in your “Shopping  Cart”. Once you have completed your order, continue on to the “Checkout” page to finalize your purchase. 

What forms of payment do you accept? 

The following forms of payment are all acceptable:  

            -PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Money Orders, Bank Checks 

How long does it take to receive my order? 

All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours(2 Business Days) once payment has been established. 

What is your return policy? 

All returns must be made within 7 days of the shipping day, and must meet the following conditions:

All items must be in the same condition as it was sent.  If the item has been played with, altered, or tampered with in any fashion we will be unable to accept the return and no refund will be transferred.

The Buyer is held responsible for all shipping costs for the returned item, unless a mistake was made with the order.  If there was an error made with the order, we will take full responsibility for all replacement fees.

All refunds will be made within 48 hours after returns are finalized and settled.

What information do we collect? How do we use it?

CoreTCG.com is committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide support and upgrades for our products.  When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date.  This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners.  You agree to be added to our mailing list for future promotions and deals.  When you order through our website, you are opting in to receive newsletters about promotions, coupons, and important company announcements.  All emails are sent through ConstantContact and you may opt out if you wish to no longer receive newsletters from us or our MTG partners.

How does CoreTCG.comprotect customer information?

We use a Secure Server for collecting personal and credit card information.  The secure server layer (SSL) encrypts (scrambles) all of the information you enter before it is transmitted over the Internet and sent to us.  Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

What about "cookies"?

"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We do not use cookies to collect or store any information about visitors or customers.

Will CoreTCG.comdisclose the information it collects to outside parties?

CoreTCG.com DOES NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal information to companies not affiliated with CoreTCG.com.  CoreTCG.com may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will not include personally identifying information.

CoreTCG.com may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of CoreTCG.com, our users, or others.
